An Ecotone Group affiliate, Ecotone Services, Inc. provides comprehensive facilities maintenance for Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, "LBL". LBL is a 170,000-acre peninsula located between the Tennessee Valley Authority’s (TVA) Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This work includes the facility maintenance for 2 visitor centers, 2 administration buildings, 8 dormitories, a cafeteria, 26 restroom/shower buildings, 29 shelters, 7 barns, 118 other buildings, 868 campsites and 32 recreational areas.

Ecotone's responsibilities include road and trails maintenance, environmental services, grounds maintenance and chemical pumping. The contract necessitates the management of over 700 individual job orders which require fixed rate project quotes for electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and general labor. Ecotone's successful execution of this contract clearly demonstrates an ability to operate in a complex work environment, to government specifications, in an expanded geographic area of 170,000 acres. It also speaks to Ecotone’s ability to quickly provide estimates — a result of Ecotone Services’ management philosophy, proprietary work control systems, business tracking systems, and customer-oriented working relationships with the government.

Ecotone has been contracted by the US Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, to provide ongoing janitorial support of the US Marine Recruiting Offices in Cordova, TN. Project includes all cleaning, supplies, and pest control of this facility.

Ecotone Concepts, LLC a consulting company and an affiliate of Ecotone Group has provided project management and accounting tools to L&M Technologies of Albuquerque, NM. L&M is the primary facility maintenance integration contractor for United Space Alliance (USA).

Ecotone is providing internet accessible tools in support of L&M’s facility maintenance of USA facilities in Houston, TX, Cape Canaveral, FL, and Huntsville, AL.

Ecotone completed a state wide project to improve drainage structures and repair roads for the Alabama National Forests. Awarded September 2006. This 120-day construction project replaced 70 drainage culverts in Bankhead, Talladega, Tuskegee, and Conecuh National Forests in Alabama. Our construction team removed, replaced and finished grade all 70 culverts eleven days ahead of schedule.
