Ecotone Group LLC supports and authorizes a set of affiliated companies that are focused on the US Government contracting business sector.

Ecotone Group LLC is one of the nation's leading small business prime contractors to the federal government. This is attested by our affiliate Ecotone Services Inc, being nominated and awarded the US Small Business Administration’s 2007 National Prime Contractor of the Year.

Ecotone Group affiliates are currently service providers to the USDA Forest Service and the US Army Corps of Engineers. As a subcontractor , Ecotone supports L&M Technologies Inc. with their contracts to the United Space Alliance, in Houston, Huntsville, and Cape Canaveral.

Ecotone Group, although a relatively young group of companies, is establishing a tradition of government services leadership and innovation. The company continues to expand its services to meet emerging customer needs.

Ecotone Group’s broad range of capabilities includes Facility Maintenance, Environmental Stewardship, Environmental Oversight, Waste Management, Potable Water Distribution, Waste Water Treatment Operations, Janitorial, Grounds Keeping, Road and Highway Maintenance, Project Management, Management Systems Applications, and arranging innovative customer tailored solutions.

Headquartered in Paris, TN, Ecotone Group affiliates employ more than 60 people across the United States.

Ecotone Group is currently organized into three business units: Ecotone Services GA LLC supports services centered on support of the US Army Corps of Engineers; Ecotone Services SC LLC which is poised to support operations at the US DOE Savannah River Site, and Ecotone Concepts LLC provides integrated cost and schedule support systems to project groups via the internet.  Our affiliate, Ecotone Services Inc provides services in Kentucky and Tennessee from their office in Dover, TN.

The Ecotone Group Code of Conduct outlines expected behaviors for all Ecotone Group employees, employees of the company’s affiliates, and subcontracted employees. Ecotone Group will conduct its business fairly, impartially, in an ethical and proper manner, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In conducting its business, integrity must underlie all company relationships, including those with customers, suppliers, communities and among employees. The highest standards of ethical business conduct are expected of Ecotone Group employees in the performance of their company responsibilities.

Employees will not engage in conduct or activity, irrespective of its authorization or legality, which may raise questions as to the company’s honesty, impartiality, reputation or otherwise cause embarrassment to the company.

Ecotone Group employees, employees of its affiliates, and subcontracted employees will ensure that:

• Without exception, they will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations

• They will protect all company, customer and supplier assets and use them only for appropriate company approved activities

• They do not engage in any activity that might create a conflict of interest for the company or for themselves individually

• They will follow all restrictions on use and disclosure of information

•They will promptly report any illegal or unethical conduct to management or other appropriate authorities

Every employee has the responsibility to ask questions, seek guidance and report suspected violations of this Code of Conduct to their supervisor, management, or executive management as they see fit. Retaliation against employees who come forward to raise genuine concerns will not be tolerated.
